3. Quotations & Estimates

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Emergency response times (including our 2-hour response commitment) apply to contract customers and are subject to safe access, weather and security conditions beyond our control.

4. Warranties

We provide workmanship warranties on completed services as specified in each quotation or service agreement. Warranties exclude damage from misuse, third-party interference, or pre-existing defects outside the agreed scope.
